I help people struggling with emotional and sexual intimacy identify and resolve issues that prevent them from enjoying sexual experiences. There are several reasons why you may be experiencing sexual difficulties.

You may discover part of yourself carries messages of shame and hurts from past relationships. You may feel uncomfortable in your body, or perhaps you are struggling with past trauma. These difficulties can also impact your self-esteem, relationships and general wellbeing.

Do not be in a hurry to use medication. Medication can enhance erection or cause numbness so you can have prolonged intercourse. However, this will not treat or cure the underlying causes of sexual dysfunction.
